How much does it cost to install the permanent exterior lighting?

Our permanent exterior lighting ranges from $25 to $30 per foot installed. The per foot price is based on several factors such as difficulty, location, number of gables, pitch of your roof, number of stories of your home, etc.  Compared to paying for the installation of holiday lights every year the cost can pay for itself in just a few years.  In addition, permanent lighting can be used for any holiday or special event not just Christmas and also provides security and curb appeal to your home.

Absolutely!  There are over 16 million colors and 102 preset patterns. You can even choose which lights you want on and program them in advance to come on whenever you want.

Yes, you can save multiple nightly and weekly timers in addition to scheduling holidays or other special events in advance.

Permanent Outdoor Christmas Lights are installed to the outer part of the soffit behind the fascia or trim and are faced down. Installation is usually completed in 1-2 days depending on square footage of installation.

We require a 50% deposit to schedule the installation.  The balance is due when the install is completed to your satisfaction.  We also have financing options available.
